Wanda Li, Secretary General, Sino-American Logistics Council, is responsible for overseeing operations and program development. Prior to this, she was the Director of Program Development for the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (ASTL) in China where she initiated and ensured the successful execution of a number of high level bilateral dialogues including the Sino-American Logistics Conference, the first Sino-American Logistics Joint Education Development Program, and various China-US comparative studies.

She has been involved with several international organizations’ cooperation programs in the fields of talents’ development, transportation and logistics in China including the International Road Union. She is a member of United Nation Global Partnership for Sustainable Transportation Program. Ms. Li began her career as a professional engineer in a multi-national auto parts company and then moved onto a position with National Materials. Her working experience in China, North America, Europe and the Middle East has provided her with very strong international vision and cross-cultural communication capability.

Ms. Li has good understanding of supply chain management and was the main editor of an English-Chinese Supply Chain Management Dictionary. She also translated many industrial books and papers.
